1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
Products not eligible for return include:
Lingerie, innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
Accessories such as jewelry, handbags, and scarves (unless defective/damaged).
Items purchased during Sale / Clearance (unless defective).
2. Return & Exchange Process

Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).
If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product to our return address.
Once received, our quality check team will inspect the product.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refunds will be issued:
To the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet).
As store credit / gift card, if you prefer faster processing.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, we will ship the replacement once the returned item passes quality check.
Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
5. Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges, if any).
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may opt for a return after delivery.
