Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Dimitrius Dasis International Private Limited(https://trendsettrove.com), we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping & delivery guidelines below.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive an email/SMS with order confirmation and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹500.

• A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply on orders below ₹500 (depending on your location).

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days.

• Remote/Interiors: 7–10 business days.

• Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, festive seasons, etc.).

4. Delivery Partners

• We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, DTDC, and India Post (depending on serviceability).

• You can track your order using the tracking link sent via SMS/email after dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select pin codes (additional charges may apply).

• Orders above a certain value may require partial/prepaid payment for COD eligibility.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. (If applicable, you can add international shipping later.)

7. Undelivered / Missed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier partner will make 2–3 re-attempts.

• If undelivered, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping may incur additional charges.

8. Delays & Liability

• While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen events.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
